MEET DREW WHITE
Drew’s approach is grounded in the belief that true strength isn’t just rooted in physical power, but also mental resilience, emotional balance, and finding support in a community. His journey as a father of a child with complex medical and developmental needs, and as a firefighter, combined with his years of work in strength and conditioning, wellness, and coaching, has shaped his holistic view on well-being.
Through his own journey and while coaching others, Drew has developed a powerful network of clinicians, healthcare professionals, and wellness experts. His belief in the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration has allowed him to create comprehensive programs that integrate clinical expertise with fitness, wellness, and mental resilience. Whether working with physical therapists, nutritionists, psychologists, or other healthcare providers, Drew’s approach is rooted in collaboration and building strong partnerships that deliver the best possible outcomes for his clients.
Drew believes that we are all on similar journeys, just the details and sometimes the destination are different. Drew has been broken, struggled, recovered, been broken again and has transformed his well being. But he hasn’t been alone. Through the support of his loving wife and son and many friends he is driven to provide this service to others.
Drew works as a sales advisor for the start up “Crain” app - an anonymous platform that offers mental fitness resources for first responders. He is currently a member of the International Association of Firefighters and former board member of the Spina Bifida Association of Greater New England. He is also a member of the Fire Service Psychology Association.
